Minus 2

Such a small amount, but I’ve lost 2 pounds. I’m still doing good on the eating plan and it is 100% thanks to Angie. She’s all over me about calories and what is a good choice for lunch, etc. I really appreciate her patience with me as I can turn into an instant 5 year old when she tells me no.

 

In other news, we leave for the keys in basically one week! This is a trip we decided to do back in December as something nice for her birthday. We are going with my step-brother Eric and his wife Lisa. Her birthday is on January 16^th, just 3 days before Angie’s. We’ll be down there for almost a full 4 days. We are all super excited about it. We are sharing a bed n breakfast and renting bikes for our primary mode of transportation.

 

I’ll be sure to take some amazing pictures as the Keys are one of the prettiest places you can go in Florida.
