I ordered a dual deck cd-j so I can continuously play new music on the show and stuff. I got tired of only having one cd deck as most of the music I am getting now is in mp3 format. I will now be able to consistently put out new music and mixes because I can go from cd to cd. I’m really excited about it.

 

In the future you will probably see me moving away from vinyl altogether. Although it is still the medium of choice for a lot of djs, the technology is now surpassing it so badly that many of the bigger artists use digital media only. It is smaller, cheaper, easier to transport, and lasts longer.

 

I have a very relaxed weekend planned. I’ve been on the go like crazy so it will be nice to catch up with some studio work and sleep. I’ll be back at it again next weekend so it will be nice to take a little break starting today.
